Meet Kat

We were delighted to welcome Kathryn (Kat) to the foot health team in June 2026, working alongside Gem as a highly valued member of our clinic.

Kat is an incredibly warm and dedicated practitioner with valuable clinical experience. Her background includes working in a clinical NHS paediatric role, which—combined with her passion for helping people live happier, healthier lives—initially led her to train in clinical reflexology and later qualify as a registered Foot Health Practitioner.

Kat is thrilled to bring her clinical skills and holistic approach together, allowing her to offer truly unique foot care appointments in our clinic.

Services Offered 

Kat is currently offering clinic appointments for: 

  • Routine foot care

  • Cryotherapy (freezing treatments)

Clinic Availability

  • Wednesdays: 9:00 am – 4:00 pm

  • Alternate Thursdays: 5:00 pm – 9:00 pm
